After two years of testing and evaluation, we are now officially releasing our complete Discovery II 2” long travel suspension kit.

Big Blue springs custom configured to offer a soft, compliant and comfortable ride both on the road and off. Designed with the original concept in mind that made Range Rovers famous, we knew that overly stiff suspensions don’t work. A suspension that will flex will keep your tyres on the ground where they provide traction.

A complete bolt-on solution, our DII Long Travel Kit comes complete with four Big Blue springs, four custom configured ProComp ES9000HD shocks that allow for two more inches of articulation, extended rear sway bar links that allow you to keep your rear sway bar. No need to remove the rear sway bar and put up with horrible, if not dangerous handling. These longer links will restore the rear sway bar to the original position, and a complete set of Goodridge stainless extended brake lines to complete the package. A comprehensive installation instruction set is included so anyone can complete this project at home. PK210

These new softer compound poly bushings deliver all the benefits of traditional “hard-poly” while giving a comfortable ride. Constructed with unique urethane elastomers with the versatility and elasticity of rubber yet with the advantages of rigid plastics and metals. These long-wearing bushings have been rigorously tested at extremes and performed flawlessly. Our braided stainless steel brake hose sets replace the standard flex hoses and are a much more durable alternative.
